Brand Identity Marketing Strategy SEO Optimization Website Excellence

Along with the rebrand of Nowra Veterinary Hospital and Bay & Basin Animal Hospital, Burnt Phoenix designed large lightbox signage and window decals of the new animal icon. Working with the team at Nowra Vets we designed & developed a custom solution for getting all the pet health information into their website, clear for the public to find and view. A secondary navigation menu was introduced to accommodate the animal services, and is featured not only as part of the main menu at the top of each page but also as a collapsible featured menu on each individual service page.

As a vital service in Nowra and the Bay & Basin area, we highlighted early in the website design stage the importance of each hospital’s location and contact information. On each page of our design this information has been included as part of the footer of the site, clear, interactive, and featuring Google Maps locations for each practice.

Burnt Phoenix was also commissioned to take staff portraits for each team member, which gave us the opportunity to meet each staff member & really get a feel for the practice’s tight-knit community. As part of our branding service we produced a suite of business cards and appointment cards for each staff member and practice respectively, that were printed with our industry print partners, along with two letterhead designs.

We continue to work with Nowra Vets closely, as one of our ongoing web clients, in updating information on their website, as well as producing new business cards for their growing team.
